Annassa, means ‘breath’ in Greek. We created Annassa Villa as a place to pause, breathe and cherish the moment!
Inspired by nature, Annassa Villa is the ideal place to relax and rejuvenate your body, mind, soul and spirit by connecting to the abundant power of life.

Annassa Villa is a uniquely designed luxury villa, located in the magical area of Almyrida, in Chania Crete; an Ideal location to explore western Crete. Situated 100m from the village’s sandy beach and market, yet surprisingly quiet, Annassa Villa, provides the space and the amenities to enjoy one-of-a-kind holidays.

Inspired by nature, each suite is named after one of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) and has a gemstone embedded.
The intention is, by just being at Annassa, to nurture your being: body, soul, mind, spirit.
Wellness services such as, massage, cooking, reflexology and yoga are offered, while the sleeping system is one you will definitely remember.
Annassa Villa is offered either as one premises overall, for your family, company and students; for your events, anniversary, birthday, wedding and retreat, or as separate autonomous suites. The 4 suites are:
One two bedroom maisonette suite (Air & Fire Suite, right building)
Three one-bedroom suites (Ether, Water and Earth Suites, left building)
Air & Fire | Double Bedroom Maisonette Suite

Air & Fire Suite is an autonomous villa within the premises. Air & Fire Suite is a two-story building, featuring a living room with kitchen, dining table, fireplace, and view to the garden and the pool. It has two double bed bedrooms, each with their separate bathroom, and an additional WC. It also has a beautiful attic with a semidouble bed In addition, it features a beautiful balcony on the first floor, offering lovely vistas to the village and the mountains of Cretan land. Internal stairs connect the two floors. Attic Ideal for large families or groups of people who cherish their autonomy but also love being part of the surroundings beauty.

Ether | One-Bedroom Suite
At a Glance: 3 guests, 1 bedroom, 1 sofa, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen
Ether Suite is on the first floor, with an independent entrance and a balcony, with a view of the Lefka Ori Mountains, over a land of olive trees. The double bed bedroom looks onto garden and swimming pool, while the Ether balcony and room also offer slight oblique vistas of the sea. Ether Suite consists of one spacious all-in-one room, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a sofa that can double as an extra single bed. The room is bathed in Cretan light with large windows letting ample sunlight in.
Water | One-Bedroom Suite
At a Glance: 2 guests, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 fully-equipped kitchen
Water Suite is on the ground floor, with an independent entrance and a terrace, with views to the garden and the swimming pool. Water Suite consists of an all-in-one room, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The room is right beside the swimming pool and the pergola. Bathed in the Cretan light and enveloped in the garden’s fragrances.
Earth | One-Bedroom Suite
At a Glance: 2 guests, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 sofa, 1 kitchen
Earth Suite is on the ground floor, with an autonomous entrance and a terrace, with views to the garden and the swimming pool. Earth Suite consists of a spacious all-in-one room, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a sofa that can double as an extra single bed. The room is right beside the swimming pool. Bathed in the Cretan light and enveloped in the garden’s fragrances.
